- We start 8–10 weeks before the event. We are setting your goals for the fair. I create an account list, research suitable contacts, and take care of the initial outreach – via phone, LinkedIn, and email. My goal: at least so much qualified meetings at the fair, that it will be a success for you.
- During the trade fair, I attend the scheduled meetings, handle lead qualification, and speak with walk-in visitors. This creates valuable follow-up opportunities for your business. I’ve been active in the energy industry for over ten years.
- After the event, I follow up on all relevant contacts by phone and email. You then continue nurturing your leads after my structured follow-up.
