Your boots-on-the-ground at the next trade fair!

At The Smarter E in Munich, a founder once told me he had to stay at his stand the entire time because he didn’t have a dedicated sales representative.
As a result, he missed several important presentations and only managed to meet key business contacts in the evenings.

I’ll handle it for you:
I schedule your meetings, conduct qualified conversations with your prospects at the event, and ensure structured follow-up afterwards,
turning trade fair contacts into qualified leads.

  • A stand that's always buzzing with visitors.
  • 10 years of experience in the energy industry.
  • The amount of confirmed meetings you need to succeed.

Your situation

„We had a stand, but hardly any meaningful conversations."

Without a clear plan, trade fair contacts are left to chance.

„After the trade fair, all our contacts somehow disappeared.“

Follow up too late and you loose momentum. Your leads go cold.

"Between the big corporate stands, we’re practically invisible."

Visitors can’t even remember your stand conversation afterwards.

How Our Collaboration Works

  • We start 8–10 weeks before the event. We are setting your goals for the fair. I create an account list, research suitable contacts, and take care of the initial outreach – via phone, LinkedIn, and email. My goal: at least so much qualified meetings at the fair, that it will be a success for you.
  • During the trade fair, I attend the scheduled meetings, handle lead qualification, and speak with walk-in visitors. This creates valuable follow-up opportunities for your business. I’ve been active in the energy industry for over ten years.
  • After the event, I follow up on all relevant contacts by phone and email. You then continue nurturing your leads after my structured follow-up.
