Victoria Ulbricht
Act with clarity. For genuine progress.
I believe that everyone can contribute. To the energy transition, to positive change, and to doing business with purpose.
That’s why I support founders and SMEs who don’t yet have a dedicated sales team. Helping them amplify their impact by turning trade fair appearances into meaningful results and making sure they're seen by the industry.
For more than ten years, I’ve been deeply involved in the renewable energy sector, and I know how challenging it can be to bring bold ideas to the right people.
- 10 years in the energy industry
- B2B sales in complex markets
- Focus on start-ups and SMEs without dedicated sales teams

Professional Journey
Every step in my career has brought me closer to what I do today: making sales tangible.
Especially for people who truly want to make a difference with their work.
From controlling to business development, from exhibition halls to strategy workshops: here’s where my know-how comes from.
Victoria Ulbricht. Unlocking Energy Market Potential.
I help SMEs in the renewable energy industry that don't have a dedicated sales team get better results from trade fairs.
deveritec GmbH
A medium-sized company specialized in hardware and software development. I was responsible for selling development services enabling the implementation of the Matter standard in smart home and energy management devices, while also developing marketing strategies, trade fair presences, and a sales structure for a spin-off start-up.
Eneco eMobility Deutschland
(vorm. ChargeIT mobility; now Lichtblick eMobility)
Responsible for key account management with a strategic focus on the real estate industry. Sales of charging infrastructure (AC/DC) and EV charging parks. Full-cycle sales management from lead to contract.
Kiwigrid GmbH
Here I discovered my passion for numbers and structure. I calculated business models, analysed markets, and prepared product decisions. As Domain Expert E-Mobility, I supported the sales team during client meetings and events and that’s where I found my passion for trade fairs.
TU Bergakademie Freiberg
An engineering and economics programme viewed through the lens of the energy market. At one of Germany’s oldest universities focused on resources, my studies emphasised energy generation, sustainability, and resource economics. My master’s thesis explored the changing role of institutions in the energy market amid the energy transition.
HTW Dresden
A foundation in technology, business administration, and process understanding, with a focus on production management and controlling. The degree aimed to connect technical and economic perspectives building bridges between departments within companies. My bachelor’s thesis examined the environmental impact of major chemical corporations.
