  • You’ll receive a questionnaire where you can note everything worth mentioning about your last trade fair. This serves as the basis for our conversation.
  • Then we’ll have a 45-minute Deep Dive Call. We’ll talk honestly about what went well, what didn’t, and what stands out in hindsight.
  • You’ll receive a personal checklist for your next event. Right during our conversation, I’ll give you an actionable list with concrete steps your team can implement straight away. A few mini tools will make your next trade fair even easier to handle.
  • And finally, you’ll gain an external perspective and my concentrated trade fair expertise. No standard templates. No generic advice. Just honest feedback, practical insights, and a peer-level conversation.
