How the Analysis Works
- Structured questionnaire (approx. 15 minutes): You answer a short questionnaire about the preparation, execution and follow-up of your last trade fair. This is purely for orientation and serves as the basis for our conversation.
- Analysis call (30–45 minutes): We analyse your last trade fair along the phases before, during and after the event and identify where sales and revenue potential is currently being lost.
- Action plan: You receive three clearly prioritised levers that would have the greatest impact on future trade fair performance. At this stage, it is too early to talk about concrete implementation.
- Decision basis: This gives you a clear basis to decide whether trade fairs should play a strategic role in your sales process.
